PPA not only exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, with a melting range of 310–325°C and a heat distortion temperature as high as 280–290°C. In terms of oil resistance, PPA also performs exceptionally well, effectively withstanding the corrosive effects of fuels, lubricants, and other oils, while maintaining superior performance even at elevated temperatures of 150°C. Furthermore, it boasts outstanding dimensional stability and low warpage, along with an extremely low water absorption rate. PPA also demonstrates good weather resistance, making it suitable for long-term use under extreme climatic conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and intense UV radiation.
