1. PA6T/66: The Preferred Choice for High-Temperature and High-Humidity Resistance in the Connector Industry

As a commonly used material in the connector industry, PA6T/66 stands out due to its exceptional resistance to high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. It maintains superior performance even under such harsh environments, with tensile strength 20% higher than PA6 and flexural modulus 20% greater than PA66. Additionally, it exhibits markedly better chemical resistance to gasoline, oils, coolants, and other aggressive media compared with PA66. This material can withstand continuous exposure to 200°C, while still preserving excellent dimensional stability even in extreme conditions, thereby providing a critical guarantee for the long-term reliable operation of connectors.

2. PPA: A Material with Extreme Environmental Resistance and Multi-Scenario Adaptability

PPA materials find extensive applications in connectors, tactile switches, LED brackets, and RGB black LED brackets, with their core advantage lying in their all-round adaptability to extreme environments. With a melting point of 310–325°C and a heat deflection temperature as high as 280–290°C, PPA exhibits outstanding high-temperature resistance. In terms of oil resistance, even under prolonged exposure to 150°C, it effectively withstands erosion by fuels, lubricants, and other types of oils. Moreover, PPA boasts exceptional dimensional stability and low warpage, coupled with an extremely low water absorption rate and excellent weather resistance, enabling long-term stable performance under harsh climatic conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and intense UV radiation—making it well-suited to meet the stringent requirements of a wide range of precision components.

3. PA10T: A Specialized Material for Precision Components That Balances Performance and Environmental Sustainability

PA10T is widely used in connectors, tactile switches, LED brackets, and RGB black LED brackets. Building on the excellent mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, and organic-solvent resistance of traditional nylon, PA10T delivers significantly enhanced heat resistance and a substantial reduction in water absorption. With a melting point as high as 316°C, it exhibits outstanding thermal performance; its ultra-low water absorption ensures exceptional dimensional stability. Combined with good mechanical properties and excellent processability, PA10T can be flexibly processed via injection molding, extrusion, and other methods. Notably, the synthesis monomer decamethylenediamine for PA10T is derived from rapeseed oil, a green and renewable resource. This not only safeguards product performance but also highlights its strong environmental benefits, aligning perfectly with the principles of green manufacturing.

4. PARA: High-Performance Custom Materials for Connectors

PARA material, specifically engineered for electronics, home appliances, mobile phones, and connectors, features a halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) formulation reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Its color is precisely matched to signal orange, ensuring optimal compatibility with the stringent performance requirements of connectors. Within a halogen-free flame-retardant system, this material strikes an ideal balance between high stiffness and impact strength, while also delivering outstanding creep resistance and thermal stability—providing a robust safeguard for the safe and reliable operation of charging assemblies. Its exceptional flowability supports complex part geometries and thin-wall molding, which not only reduces material consumption and component weight but also enables short-cycle production through high injection speeds, thereby enhancing manufacturing efficiency. Additionally, the material’s surface exhibits a high-gloss finish rich in resin, seamlessly blending functional performance with aesthetic appeal.

5. LCP: High-Performance, SMT-Compatible Material for Precision Electronic Components

LCP materials, owing to their outstanding comprehensive performance, are widely used in precision components such as connectors, industrial fans, and ACM camera mounts. Their core advantage lies in their ability to withstand lead-free reflow soldering during SMT assembly, coupled with exceptional thermal aging resistance, which ensures stable performance of the components under high-temperature processing and long-term service. LCP exhibits excellent flow characteristics, enabling the easy molding of thin-walled, complex-shaped parts, while also offering superior dimensional stability and chemical corrosion resistance. Additionally, it boasts excellent flame retardancy and outstanding dielectric properties, providing all-round support for the precision manufacturing and reliable operation of electronic components.
