  • PPA not only exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, with a melting range of 310–325°C and a heat distortion temperature as high as 280–290°C. In terms of oil resistance, PPA also performs exceptionally well, effectively resisting the corrosive effects of fuels, lubricants, and other oils, while maintaining superior performance even at elevated temperatures of 150°C. Furthermore, it boasts outstanding dimensional stability and low warpage, along with an extremely low water absorption rate. PPA also demonstrates good weather resistance, making it suitable for long-term use under extreme climatic conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and intense UV radiation.

    High-temperature nylon can be used in high-temperature, high-humidity environments, where its tensile strength is 20% higher than that of PA6 and its flexural modulus is 20% higher than that of PA66. It also exhibits superior resistance to gasoline, oils, and coolants compared with PA66. This material can withstand continuous exposure to temperatures as high as 200°C while maintaining excellent dimensional stability.
