Domestic Replacement for PARA Specialty Engineering Plastics

Liquid Crystal Polymer

Halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) and 50% glass-fiber-reinforced polyaramide (PARA)-grade color, matched to signal orange, are used in high-performance electric vehicle (EV) charging connectors. This formulation combines a balanced level of high stiffness and impact strength with excellent creep resistance and weatherability, all within a halogen-free flame-retardant system. With its high flowability, it enables complex part designs and thinner wall thicknesses, thereby helping to reduce material usage and component weight, while also supporting high injection speeds and short cycle times. It further delivers outstanding surface finish—rich in resin and highly glossy.
